I apologize if this is inappropriately posted to the wrong category.

But I was wondering if anyone can identify the set that contains Ble Steep
Sloped Corner pieces.  These are approximately 2x2 at the base and 3 high, • or
2x2x3.

I could use about three of these if anyone has them, or can recommend a set • as
a good source.

I'm not a space fan, but it could be this one:

Correct! Space Station Zenon has 5 of them and as far as I know, is the only set
that has them.

Hey!  I knew Rob "Mr. Sloped Brick" Farver would answer this one....  Wow, I guess
that means Space Station Zenon will be like another Yellow Castle (only know source
of the yellow steep sloped corners).  I guess I'll have to try to get a few of these
in trade for some other rare stuff in my collection (a blatant, yet veiled attempt
at trying to use lugnet.general where I should know better and use lugnet
buy/sell/trade).  We've already discussed this in other posts, but this piece is
available in Red, Black, Grey, Blue, Yellow, White.  Do these exist yet in tan or
dark grey?  Since TLG makes the 2x2x3 steep sloped brick in Teal, it would also be
nice to have the outside corner piece in this color.

I love all the steep sloped bricks.  They make a great mansard roof.  Sometimes,
when I'm building a Mansard roof and I'm short on the steep slopes, I put in a
dormer that exactly replaces one 2x2x3 piece.  That is done by using a 1x2x2 window
with a 2x2 regular sloped brick on top of it.  By using a dormer in place of every
other steep sloped brick (on the roof), I can nearly double the size of the steep
sloped roof area without using extra pieces.  Of course you will need a supply of
those 1x2x2 windows.  The result is a building that has that French Parisian look.

(...) While examining the pictures of the new Star Wars sets at www.theouterrim.com, I noticed that the MTT (middle one in this picture: < (URL) >) appears to have some (4?) of the 2x2x3 corner slopes. Because of the washed-out color of the pic, it (...) (25 years ago, 28-Oct-99, to lugnet.general)
