I suggest that the letter be shorter, and not include every detail of
Lugnet.  I could group RTL in to the following, those who have not heard of
Lugnet, and those that have but aren't leaving for whatever reason.  I
suggest that the letter be simply a "this service exists!" and where find
out more.  The details are laid out in the first page they are linked to.
There should be only one link in the letter... that is the link to the one
screen webpage that I mentioned in my other post.  This way the newbie can
be walked through the procedure of signing up, and each step explained.

Short easy to read, and click.

Just my personal preference, what do people think?
