The questions revolve around community and behaviour, not technology. In
my opinion, anyway. As a teacher, I imagine you have a lot of insight if
you reflect on it. Think of LUGNET as a self selected club that has a
(1) barrier to entry, compared to RTL. Is making LUGNET more accessible
to RTLers a good or a bad thing?
1 - further barrier, that is. RTL has a barrier too, you have to be able
to read news... not everyone can figure out how to configure things so
they can.
