     Scott, In 2004, when they open up the three permanent downtown Detroit Casino's (MGM Grand, Circus Circus, etc) on the riverfront (800 million dollars each), there will probably be something like the "Caesar's World of Shops" (in Las Vegas).       If I ever had a real reason to move to a Detroit suburb here it is. ;-) $800M each? Sounds like expensive rent.       Tom, the MGM Grand (temporary) $250 million casino opened 3 weeks ago with the other 2 "temps" opening up in the next 2 months.
