My two cents would be for Gary to send his letter with only his signature and
have a standard general letter of the same tone posted on LUGNET (and RTL,
peoples's site, etc.) that individuals could print, sign their name to, and
list the number of sets or pieces they own, and mail themselves.
I think quantities of letters from individuals would be more effective than
one letter from Gary with a bunch of signatures. A target date could be
established that everyone try to get their letter postmarked by so that the
letters would all arrive at TLG USA within a one or two month period.
