| | | so i just noticed on the lego.com site that the series 3 figures (8803) will be available january 1, 2011 and they'll be $2.99. on the same theme page one can still see that series 2 figures (8684) were $1.99. umm..what's up with the figs going up (...) | | | | | | (...) I had to reply, since it looks like $3.52 works out to be cheaper. If I account for VAT (25% for Sweden?) you get $2.82. In the case of US prices, without tax it is $2.99. | | | | | | (...) Yeah, I forgot the VAT, sorry, but my comment was to the $1.99 - we paid 25 SEK for that series. The VAT is 25% on the net price, so 20% of the total. That means 20 SEK before VAT. With todays exhange rate that's $2.92 compared to your initial (...) (13 years ago, 26-Dec-10, to lugnet.general)

| | | | | | Don't even think of sweating your 2.99 price. It was 2.99 here in Canada (where uSD/CAD are almost par!!!!) for the first 2 series, and will hit 3.49 for series 4.
