Given the clarity of the illustration in the flyer, it will be quite
easy to construct a fairly accurate "stud volume" estimate, that is,
determine the total stud area of the bricks used to construct him by
analysing each layer and making reasonable assumptions about the back
side.
However, guessing the BRICKS is much harder. Is the figure hollow? How
much? Did the model builder favor 2x4s or are they a "lets use long
beams where we can" kind of builder, or are they a "I can make this
whole baby from 1x2s, just about" kind of builder.
Now, granted, the model is tan, brown, and green, so that restricted
their choices, but it's a guessing game. How good are you at mind
readin? Also, the model is glued together so you're not going to
actually get the benefit of all that tan. Still, I plan to enter anyway.
Good clean fun.
