Scott,
I'm sorry; That can't be right. More than half an inch? Did you mean 0.055
inch?
I'm talking about the thickness of a baseplate, the area without the studs, the
distance a block would be above my desk if the block were sitting on a baseplate
and the baseplate were on my desk.

| (...) 0.055 inch would be correct. It never crossed my mind that 0.5 = 1/2. I don't use my calipers often enough to correctly interpret its output every time I do. Lesson learned: Double, uh, no, triple-check the readout (and make shure I'm (...) (17 years ago, 5-Feb-08, to lugnet.general)
