  Re: Minifigs On Tour!

(...) Well, I don't rememebr minifigs ever doing a virtual tor, but at least 2 sets have done an actual tour. Do a search on "Colin" and "Wanda" and look for messages in 2000. Also search for "Brad" and "tour" Paul Sinasohn LUGNET #115 (17 years ago, 4-May-07, to lugnet.general, lugnet.fun, lugnet.build.minifigs, FTX)

Re: What's the weirdest LEGO item you own?

Re: What's the weirdest LEGO item you own?

My weirdest LEGO thing is probably close to one of a kind. While I worked for LEGOLAND California, the maintenance team took the crane beam off of the Kid Power Tower. I believe it was a safety issue with the wind. The beam and hook were fiberglass (...) (17 years ago, 4-May-07, to lugnet.general)

Re: What's the weirdest LEGO item you own?

(...) I think we have a winner. These are, after all, official LEGO parts that, when used for their intended purpose, have within them the power to DESTROY YOUR ENTIRE LEGO COLLECTION! It's like the bomb in Stratego. (17 years ago, 4-May-07, to lugnet.general)

  Minifigs On Tour!

At Brickfest 2007, someone asked me if I had knew where to find pictures of Minifigs that had made the ascent to the top of Mt. Everest. I told that person to do a search online for it; I hadn’t heard of such a thing. However, that gave me an idea…a (...)   Re: What's the weirdest LEGO item you own?

Then found the egg timer at Scott Lyttle's store in Atlanta. So have (...) (17 years ago, 1-May-07, to lugnet.general)

Re: What's the weirdest LEGO item you own?

(...) Thanks, that is good to know. A mystery solved. I kind of wondered about their family history a little. While I am not a conspiracy theorist, it seems like the number 13 pops up a lot in their inventories. Just an observation. John P (17 years ago, 1-May-07, to lugnet.general)

Re: What's the weirdest LEGO item you own?

(...) Hmmm...LEGO oddities. Is there such a thing, really? I don't have much odd stuff, but one thing did come to mind: A space minifig from the Maine Space Grant Consortium. It's not an odd figure per se...but I have not heard of this group. I (...) (17 years ago, 1-May-07, to lugnet.general, FTX)
