Hi Nathan, thanks for the question.
I assume you mean the 1 x 1 plates (not bricks). My gut instinct is to answer
"no", because the parts bags weren't designed to be sold as individual sets.
Their sale (AFAIK) is merely a side-effect of the LEGO Company's mosaic product
having gone away. Also, I took a look at each of the bags earlier today and I
don't see a consistant numbering scheme.
