  Dirt Crusher 8369 - using more higher capacity battery pack
 
Has anyone tred using a more powerful battery pack in the Dirt Crusher. it ships with a 7.2V 1400 mAh unit, but as this is a standard RC pack, you can get lots of more powerful ones for not a lot. I've seen one that holds 3500 mAh. Has anyone tried (...) (20 years ago, 25-Oct-04, to lugnet.general)

Well I've now tried the Dirt Crusher out with a 3000 mAh battery and it works fine, and lasted for just under 50 minutes! It turns out the batteries are pretty standard NiMH or NiCD 6 cell 7.2V packs with the standard Tamiya connector. You can also (...) (20 years ago, 1-Nov-04, to lugnet.general)
