The only other ones I know of were released in Singapore about 18 months ago:

There were four of them, each featuring an older style of toy and the closest
LEGO equivalent (basic Duplo & System bricks/wooden blocks, plastic cowboys &
Indians/Tahu, paper doll/Belville?, and sheet-metal vehicles/Racers RC
