The set looks to me to use the same flesh colored ABS used with (...) (21 years ago, 4-Feb-04, to lugnet.general)

But they also confirmed that general minifigs has and will continue to have yellow heads with only (...) (21 years ago, 6-Feb-04, to lugnet.general, FTX)
