I just called and they could not confirm yet if track is going to be affected (I doubt it will remain unaffected) and they will contact me later about it as soon as they get information.

I think the call centre is getting enough calls that they are getting better at handling customers on this topic. Although they have very little information.

Just remember that when you call to be polite and understanding with the CSRs, after all they aren’t the ones making the decisions.
