Re: New colors and other info

Re: New colors and other info

First off thanks for the info. (...) Good to know. (...) I personally find this odd. I would think that for everything except "metal" objects the old colors would be better. Especially for landscapes, castles, and buildings. Now I can see spaceships (...) (22 years ago, 18-Nov-03, to lugnet.general, FTX)

Re: New colors and other info

For some reason, I can't really get excited about the fact that future (...) (22 years ago, 18-Nov-03, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Improved Pick-A-Brick packing

(...) When Pick-A-Brick first premiered at LEGOLAND and people were estimating price per pieces, there was a link to a list of LEGO weights that Lutz Ulhmann had put together. We're going to DL next month and I wondered whether we should try and fit (...) (22 years ago, 18-Nov-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Fwd from a builder: Colors don't match, among other things!

(...) While I agree with this, what keeps adults buying Lego instead of the cheaper clones which have appealing set designs than when we were kids? The answer is brand loyalty. The parents played with Lego when they were kids, not MegaBlocks. These (...) (22 years ago, 18-Nov-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.dear-lego)

Lego now making Mega Bloks colors (was Re: Fwd from a builder: Colors don't match...)

(...) Now I haven't actually seen the new grey colors in person yet but based on the pictures it looks like LEGO is now matching their light and dark grey colors to the ones Mega Bloks uses. Now if the new colors are in addition to the existing (...) (22 years ago, 18-Nov-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.dear-lego, FTX)
