Actually not the whole lot of parts but, there have been always town
accessory sets with crane/construction related specialities such as tow
truck towing assemblies, loader/digger buckets, hooks and winches. The
current(?) one is

and it includes a container grabber, too. Another accessory set is also
always available for hinges and turntables. For the larger crane specific
parts like crane arms and crane supports, I didn't see any way to obtain
them except the original sets they come with.
