I'm wondering too, having just opened 3562 and 3563 (NBA Collector Packs)
and found nothing. I wasn't expecting a catalog, but there wasn't even a
fold out pamphlet or a LEGO Club Membership offer.
Maybe they'll be in sets shipped later...
