Anyone notice something wrong with "Lego Battleship 2001" on the latest lego magazine?

Well, looky here. This "Lego Battleship 2001" is not really lego. It's
megabloks. Oh yeah, what a great creation, a megabloks ship with a few lego
pieces thrown on it. Why, may I ask, does lego feature its competition in
it's magazines?
