Well, I'm going to assume they are "extremely rare" in comparison to the old
days. Today, they probably only run through the molds 2-3 times to clean them
(the # of elements in a mold run varies by element), whereas in the old days, it
might have been dozens or hundreds.
Note what Paul has probably amounts to less than half of the flames from a
switchover, for most of the color elements he has (the pink/blue might be more
than 1/2).
