LEGO® Model Building Event!
LEGO and StarWars fans....
If you live in the MN: Twin Cities area or going to visit MN between May
31-June 2. Help build a 10ft model of Yoda. It's free. Bring your Jedi
building skills to the LEGO Imagination Center, (play area) at the Mall of
America, in Bloomington, MN USA. All ages are welcome.....and yes adult
fans too. :)
Did I mention ....a 10 feet tall Yoda model. Well, thats right 10ft tall
model of Yoda. A three day building event. See thousands and piles of
tan, brown, sand green or green and other color of LEGO bricks. And watch
Master Yoda being built. :)
When:
Friday, May 31 : 3pm-8pm
Saturday, June 1: 9am
Sunday, June 2: 10am- until Yoda model is finished.
Yoda will only be in the mall untill 7pm on June 2. After that who knows
where Master Yoda will be. Yoda will not stay for questions/ answers nor
there will be no Jedi training.

note: this is the same Yoda model that was built at the StarWars event in
Indiana early May.

| I saw Yoda last weekend at FAO Schwartz NYC. A Lego employee mentioned 80,000 was the number of elements in it. Yoda is built of scaled-up "bricks" 10x20x5. They are made from 2x10 and 2x6 bricks shell with 2x10 covering the top. Kids get to make (...) (23 years ago, 22-May-02, to lugnet.starwars)
