Those are printed, for plain red:
http://guide.lugnet.com/set/277
trans yellow in several sets as lamp globes
grey in http://guide.lugnet.com/set/5988
trans orange in recent sets
I haven't seen plain blue yet.
Hmm, random unrelated discovery, a new color I hadn't realized for the 1x6x5
space window, yellow, with printed or stickered pane:
http://guide.lugnet.com/set/5235_2
So this part is available in blue (space), brown (home maker), grey (Maersk
truck), and yellow, with clear, trans yellow, and printed/stickered glass.

| (...) I'm not quite sure it's accurate, but a snippit from the Peeron search ((URL) says: ---...--- Blue: 1 in 2965 - Hornet Scout - Insectoids Queen Pattern 1 in 6905 - Bi-Wing Blaster ---...--- Which theoretically means it's in plain blue in 6905, (...)
