Hi all, the latest-- and evidently last-- Mania mag arrived in our box
yesterday. It is obviously undergoing a major overhaul-- they'll be calling it
LEGO Magazine(tm) beginning in May. Some highlights:
Centerfold of 7143 Jedi Starfighter-- shows parts in detail-- looks like a
large clip-on flag with decal for a rudder.
New LEGO mailbag section in which questions from fans are answered.
Those fielded here were asked by fans between the ages of nine and thirteen--
it isn't clear how they would respond to Allan Bedford/Richard Marchetti type
queries.
Bionicle Comic #5 (oh, wait, everyone who's interested in this has left to form
a new group, haven't they?). :-)
A $4 off coupon on any Alpha Team purchase of $19.99 or more (expires May 30,
2002)
A LEGO Club Shop flyer out of which you can order the 7143, 10036, 10037, and a
cute little set #K1263 "Springtime Friends", which looks like a combination of
the little bunny set and the chick and hen offered in the past, as well as
other sets also found in stores. Oh, and a Bionicle Bohrok kit featuring an
limited edition Rainbow Bionicle Trading Card.
