Why no listing for set#4789

I just picked Alpha Team set#4789, Aquatic Mech, and there's no set
reference for it. It's also not listed in the January Shop at Home. Is this
a TRU exclusive or something?
Speaking of TRU, here in the Seattle area they seem to be a dollar higher in
price for alot of the new sets. If the sets are $9.99, $19.99, $29.99 etc.,
they don't mark it up a dollar. but other wise if they can add to it with
out breaking that $X9.99 barrier-they are marking everything up. Shop at
home is looking better and better all the time. No sales tax and
occasionally lower prices.
