I don't have any certain knowledge but if I had to guess, I would assign
causative probabilities to the following
- severe clue shortage at Interland
- severe customer service attitude problem at Interland
- Dan Jezek is very very busy at the moment in his real job
- The site that Dan was mulling over moving to wasn't quite ready for him yet
