Yes, several sets did have this door. Sets in the 1980's Basic and Universal
lines come to mind first. There were also a few Town sets that have used
this door over the years.
I guess today this part is hard to find. But in my parts bin of doors,
I have these doors in Clear, Yellow, White, Red, Blue, Pink, and Black.
It is a useful piece, but I have always wanted a 3/4 size (1/2 size exists
in Black and Pink only).
Below is a list of sets that have contained this part. It is not necessarily
