That's because it's not called lugnet.test, it's called
lugnet.off-topic.test - to which this post has been directed.
It's not too hard to find if you are browsing with a decent newsreader, like
Outlook Express. The better ones (and Outlook has this function too) have a
search function that can bring up a newsgroup just by typing part or all of
the word you're after - hope that helps.
