Don't get me wrong -- I'm glad they didn't do a Town, Jr. sort on it
(which would have helped you out).
But usually the parts are sorted into baggies a bit more logically, by
size. I can imagine these things required an inefficient setup in the
bagging factory--I counted three black 2x6 plates in three different
baggies. That means three hoppers supplying 1 part each, instead of one
hopper spitting out three parts.
