Nope, the 4273 toggle joint was discontinued. Check out:

The 32013, 32034, 32016, 32192, 32015 and 32014 angle connectors
functionally replace a pair of 4273 toggle joints locked together at
various angles. There's also the 3795 toggle joint, but it doesn't have
the interlocking teeth, and a pair therefore cannot provide a rigid
angled connection.
The last set I bought which had 4273's in it was the Technic 8456
helicopter w/FOS, circa 1997.
