The bridge probobly came from a pirate island or mabie from a forestman set.
The boat probobly came from pirates somewhere (you might have a pirate island in
there, it comes with the bridge and boat)
The pillars could either be pirate masts (from pirate sets) or they could be
from a set like the bat lords castle, I think that had some black pillars.

Or the bridge and the brown boat (depending on HOW small) could both be from 5986 Amazon Ancient Ruins (which would suggest that the lot is newer than if the pieces were from pirate sets as Jonathan suggests). I would look at the minifigs (if (...) (24 years ago, 30-Jan-01, to lugnet.general)
