| | | Hi all, Today I was chatting with some folks, and I mentioned that I have 8 yellow macaroni bricks. I don't remember where I got them. It was suggested that I might have received a Dacta set, but all my LEGO was store-bought. Any ideas? ~Mark (...) (24 years ago, 8-Dec-00, to lugnet.general)

| | | | | | OK, this is really a mystery. I never had the Cadillac, and I definitely know I never had the Dacta pack, because that's only 3 years old, and I would have had to order that myself. | | | | | You weren't into LEGO in the 1960's or early 1970's were you? (Were you even alive then!) The parts pack #224 had them (there were packs in white, red, blue, yellow, black and clear). | | | | | | There is a "new" Dacta pack (can't remember the #, it is a "green tub" pack that TCS has/had) that has 8 yellow macaroni. I bought the whole pack just for those parts, and soon after got some in a bulk lot (go figure), and have since gotten many (...) (24 years ago, 11-Dec-00, to lugnet.general)

| | | | I guess if you had 396, the old steam locomotive, you'd remember... There are also 2 in 603, a small old-timer. And, as mentioned by others, there are 4 in the cadillac.
