I don't know, after reading this article, I can't help but think that Lego is being a bit short sighted by selling its molding machines. They say they want the space for more packaging and they have to show the shareholders that they are making an (...) (24 years ago, 1-Dec-00, to lugnet.general)

I'm surprised that there have been no comments on the simultaneous closing of the Enfield plant and the opening of a new plant in Europe. Seems to support the theory that the bricks ARE cheaper to make over there. Will (24 years ago, 2-Dec-00, to lugnet.general)
