Andrew,
I totally agree that the shop at home sites sucks. Yet it is still cheaper
than buying through ebay for the new sets. My feeling is that if you have
time to browse the site and look at the prices then ebay is not such a good
deal. I will say that I have bought Lego on ebay yet feel that I didn't pay
too much. What I really want is the older sets that are not available from
Lego direct and yes I will have to pay more, if I really want it.
Though I have a 8480 Space Shuttle MISB and still gift wrapped that I am
thinking about selling on ebay to the highest bidder. Don't need the money
BUT it might provide enough for the 8862 set I want.
