Outside ideas would be one thing, but I hope they don't go hog wild with the
actual licensing trend. On the one hand, I love the SW line being a SW
fanatic. On the other, if that special interest didn't overlap then I
wouldn't pay it as much attention. I certainly buy most of my sets nowadays
for parts but it is just a bit more exciting when you are truly interested in
the set itself.
Also consider that SW is 'the' space theme right now. (I'm interested to see
how long it remains that way - could they get away with 5 or 6 more years?)
Will castle fans be as happy if Harry Potter is 'the' castle theme for a
couple years? They seem fine for now but I think TLG could go too far in
designing themes around something (SW, Harry Potter, etc.) that many people
already have an existing mindset about.
And speaking of ideas for castle, how many of you fellow castle-heads are
reading The Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan? Talk about an endless supply of
characters, weapons, magic, creatures, places and palaces!

So does this mean we get a Harry-fig? With a lightning mark on (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.castle)
