Upon further exploring I found the mats to be 18”x24”. I still think
baseplates would be more fun and allow more imagination for a child.

| Has anyone ever run across Lego plat mats? I found these while exploring. (URL) they really a Lego indorsed product? I found it interesting there was no indication to the size of each mat.
