I named this find like that, because this is the first and most probably
the last find of me. It still makes me wondering, since there is no
possibility at all for a set this old to be on the shelves of a Turkish
toy store (especially the one with a quick inventory turnover)[1].
The find is 8842 Backhoe Grader/JCB Excavator from 1989, in MISB
condition for a price of 95 USD approx., in my favorite Lego Source
which I check at least once a week. At first, I was not so happy with
the price , but I checked and see that MISB copies went for 450 USD in
the past..:-)

It also a very great source for pneumatics with three pistons, three
valves and a piston especially by thinking that pneumatic will be gone
at a near future.

Building it was a great fun (oh..those old technic sets..), so it is not
MISB now, as it was not for sale at any time..:-)

[1] Because of the high inflation rates (about 80-100 percent, till the
last year, started to drop in last two years), if you are selling
imported goods, the key is minimum stock. Our tax laws does not consider
inflation as a reality so: Assume you are a seller and bought an
imported thing at 100$ at the beginning of the year. Assume it is also
1000 TL at that time. At the end of the year, if you couldn't sell the
thing, it is still in your stock and still worth 100$. But because of
the inflation rate now it worth 2000 TL, and at the end of the year you
have doubled your inventory in TL terms!.. Now pay for the tax for it..
Stupid but true..:-)
