No Target Clearances near me!

I was just at Target today, and looked on the Lego aisle. I didn't see
anything marked clearance. There was a small Lego wild west section down the
aisles a little ways that was on clearance, from $7 to $4. Also, there were
few random Lego and Duplo sets on the actual *clearance aisles*, but nothing
that I would buy.
Where or when do they have Lego clearances? I haven't seen one before.
There is a technic motor for $22 that has been opened and some parts are
missing if anyone is interested.
