Hard to keep track. And thats just ebay, and just USA.

I've long since given up on general Lego browses, searching instead for
Lego+whatever to narrow the field to a few zillion auctions, and that helps a
little.  One thing that continues to bother me, though, is when people list
"Huge Lot of Black Lego Slopes" and it has about 20 or 30 pieces.
