Probably a long shot, but have you had a look at some of the later pirate
sets (I'm almost certain I've got at least one of the parts, And this is the
only other place I can think of it could have come from.)

| I've seen it in yellow and blue in Belville sets. I think I've also seen it in white (have to check tonight). The Flash Speeder has it in green. I've never seen it in a pirate set. The raft set and the street sweeper Benjamin mentioned use the part (...) (25 years ago, 27-Mar-00, to lugnet.general)
