There was a "special" Target packaged set this year. It was in the traditional
blue "Target Packaging". The same packaging that they use for the other brand
name toys that Target puts out (hot wheels, fisher-price, etc.) The Target by
me had a whole isle of blue boxed items. They are usually priced at even 5
dollar increments (5,10,15,). The lego set was basic Freestyle with added
wheels, propellers, etc. as you described, not very interesting.
