Subject:	Source of black 1x4x6 window?

I've found one black 1x4x6 window with 3 horizontal glass panes. Looking through my instruction books I cannot figure what set it came out of (or if there might be more lurking.) Anybody know which sets it came in? (hopefully still available! It looks good!)
