Where the wheel is, you pull out the holder out from the roborider, bend the
plastic upwards (with the wheel on the holders) and let go of the plastic
holder, and wheel fly's across the floor, or where ever you shoot it.

If this doesn't explain it, I will scan it later and you can see for
yourselves
