I wrote him several emails. He figures 16 cents per brick to be a fair
price. I told him that is higher than retail price and his stuff is used.
Not only that, there are no highly sought after items, like train parts,
monorail, etc. that would drive up the price. So he closed the auction and
relisted it at $400. I wished him luck in selling, as he will need it.
