"Electrical Contractor," (a trade mag)'s November 1999 cover story is about
wiring Legoland California. Pretty interesting to read. The audience for the
article is not of the LEGO fan kind, so it's strictly business. There are a few
good pictures -- of things like huge $15,000 projection spotlights and little
low-voltage spotlights for the mini-monuments. Check it out if you can.

The story is online, sans pictures:

presented unique challenges"  By Michael DeFilippo

Hmm, since I do working the Consulting Engineer business, it is a very
interesting article. It is nice to see contractors doing some value
added thinking on projects, where as the engineer sometimes is not on
site and see things. I wonder if the design for LEGOLAND California was
in the US or not. It has a dramatic impact in terms of the building
code, etc. The standards for the EU and the US are quite different.
Thanks for posting, Suz!
