These are the same people who sued MICROSOFT, folks. If he is that
ignorant about computers, he should not be anywhere near controlling
anything, much less the United States.

  Well, he was engaging in a little artistic license, I think, referring to
the dreaded nuclear "button" of the 80's and thereby alluding to the differing
role of computers then and now.  I expect, whatever faults he may have, he
knows that they're three different keys.
  On the other hand, maybe he refers to the Reset button on the front of his
CPU as the CONTROL-ALT-DELETE button...
