(...) No, but in the case of splitting the group into subgroups, the original charter wouldn't have to change. It's simply lugnet.dear-lego: Open letters to the LEGO Group (not necessarily to be read by anyone at LEGO) and that doesn't necessarily (...) (24 years ago, 10-Dec-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.admin.general)
