Heh, not according to Todd :) (URL) got it right-- Jeff Thompson appears to be the first one who used the term "Adult Fan Of Lego" on RTL (June 13, 1995), and Matthew Verdier first brought light to the acronym in reference to Jeff's post (June (...) Hi, Yes, of course I know _what_ an AFOL is. But: Who created this term? When? And where? The r.t.l. FAQ does not mention the term (and I never read it "back then", IIRC), so it could be newer. Other FAQs only give "AFOL=Adult Fan Of LEGO". Any (...) (21 years ago, 25-May-05, to lugnet.general, lugnet.faq)

What is the latest set? The last set I got was back in January (?) - one of the small racer sets in the black "tire" box. I saw the yellow, mini Jedi starfighter in a BrickMaster advertisement. But I have yet to receive this, if they are offering (...) (21 years ago, 24-May-05, to lugnet.general)

I recently got my latest Brickmaster magazine & Bionicle comic, but havent gotten the accompanying set. I usually get the set before getting the mag, but it's been almost a week since I've gotten the mag & still no set. At first I thought it was (...) Hello, I'm looking at pictures of old LEGO sets at Bricklink and try to remember what set my realy old parts are from. I am not sure but I think the doors are from a car I had. (URL) a very lucky guy as my wife is making a bunch of minifig scale crocheted clothing! These are the prototypes for making the patterns, and future versions can have patterns and embrodiery ( like a simple picture or letter ) Everything turned out (...) For anyone who has ever wondered what the earliest Lego sets looked like before the advent of the modern Lego, here is a pic that shows the 4 oldest Lego set styles.
