(...) IMO train track (you can ignore the cross track) and the current "retro" brick and plate packs, plus the 2x4 brick packs, would suffice. Those cover most of what folks tend to use in bulk. Thanks for the update Jake, wish it was better news. I have to say that I fall into the category of people that feel this change is in no way acceptable. Ok, all basic brick sizes are a must for old grey and brown. All basic plate sizes are a must for old grey and brown.
