My set buying days are over. I will not buy any 2004 or later sets until such time as the grey and brown colors are changed back to their original versions (which I expect will be never). Another problem that no-one seems to have mentioned. My group (The Brickish.org) has appeared on television but if I choose to say that it has then next question is how many times I have appeared and doesn't give me option to say none. Done. I think your people will be surprised at how few of my Lego purchases are made at Shop @ Home or retail. (75% are made at eBay and BrickLink). I suspect there are many AFOLs with a similar percentage. (22 years ago, 15-Mar-04, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.general, FTX)

Thanks for the opportunity, Jake and keep up the good work. I truly believe that we AFOLs have been underestimated by TLC, so this is a great opportunity to let them know who we are. Since the Lego Store opened up only 55 miles away, I visit as often as I can. The Bomber was a Christmas gift and I haven't ravaged the set for parts (yet) when I got a PaB cup of 4x8 plates, there was a lot of air in the cup, so I grabbed and (...) (22 years ago, 15-Mar-04, to lugnet.general)
