Re: New 1000 piece red tub #4013 Create and Imagine

(...) So did I! (...) I agree. (...) Absolutely! (...) Which alltogether, makes it seem like it have the same pieces as 4107 (unless it has wheels and tires)? But that would be weird, since 4013 costs 350 DKK, whereas 4107 costs 500 DKK in Denmark. (...) (22 years ago, 7-Mar-03, to lugnet.general)

Re: New 1000 piece red tub #4013 Create and Imagine

(...) How can you tell? :) I looked at the itty bitty pics on the LEGO.com site but can't really tell any of the colors or pieces.   Re: Washing Legos to get rid of smoke smell

Re: Washing Legos to get rid of smoke smell

Try using simple green. I think a 30% simple green to 70% water and soaking them in a bucket might work.. I've been using it lately, and found that it works quite well for cleaning, and Simple Green has a minty-type scent... Scott Lyttle (...) (22 years ago, 6-Mar-03, to lugnet.general)

Re: Washing Legos to get rid of smoke smell

Hi! (...) I talked with a chemsit a few days ago about the same problem. This is what he supposed: 1. Nicotin does not like heat, 40-50°C is nice for the water. That temp should not do any harm to the bricks. 2. Nicotin is a kind of oil. Adding (...) (22 years ago, 6-Mar-03, to lugnet.general)

  Re: attn: chemists

(...) " ABS is an amorphous thermoplastic blend. The recipe is 15-35% acrylnitrile, 5-30% butadiene and 40-60% styrene. Depending on the blend different properties can be achieved." As to the original question, it's hard to talk about the molecular (...) (22 years ago, 6-Mar-03, to lugnet.fun, lugnet.general)
