Howdy, I bought a set today which had one of those one-page catalogs with some of the 1999 sets including Star Wars (!!!), Rock Raiders, and Space port. I will be scanning the sets tomorrow morning (I have my scanner set up at the office) and will (...) (27 years ago, 30-Oct-98, to lugnet.general, lugnet.starwars)

I have been trying to find reference and/or scans of instructions for one of the old "large vehicles" from the early 70's. Upon checking out Huw's great pages, I noticed the 372 Tow Truck. Some of my earliest Lego memories are of building this (or (...) (27 years ago, 30-Oct-98, to lugnet.general)

I've been busy with training and being sick all week (in fact I am missing work right now because I can hardly breathe) and I have to admit, I've had a much easier time following discussions here on Lugnet than on RTL. (...) Eh, I was only born in 1976, but I've seen pics of 'em. :) Check out (URL) ... thats one of several of the sets that had the maxi-fig children. They were basically just like the adults, but shorter. Sean (27 years ago, 29-Oct-98, to lugnet.general)
